The "catch" is honest — we hope you pick us, but if you do not, the cam-plan we draft is yours to keep (and use with another vendor if you choose). We do not gatekeep our work.

(2) Grey-market firmware often fails after 18-24 months because the manufacturer locks out unauthorised serial numbers. (3) Our reputation rests on installs that work in year 5, not year 1. Yes — we have done 380+ migration projects (existing-system audit + selective camera replacement + NVR upgrade + cabling-as-needed + mobile-app onboarding). Often cheaper than a full rip-and-replace. Site survey will tell you whether migration or full replacement is the better economic call.
Yes — Sentinel NOC operates 24×7 from our Nehru Place HQ. NOC monitoring is an add-on to AMC for premium clients (typically schools, factories, gated societies, jewellery showrooms). Live operator, alarm-verification, alert-to-RWA / police as authorised. Pricing is custom based on cam count + alarm types + escalation tree.
Our standard install configs are DPDPA 2023-compliant out of the box — local-NVR storage (no mandatory cloud), customer-controlled retention period (default 30 days, configurable 15-180), tamper-resistant NVR with admin-password change at handover. For school + healthcare clients we can additionally configure geo-fenced encrypted storage. We will not configure cloud-cam storage to a server outside India unless you specifically request it (some NRI clients do).
Both options exist. Most RWAs prefer turnkey — we site-survey, install, train, and AMC. Some RWAs with in-house tech preference do a hybrid — we install + train, they self-manage day-to-day, escalate to us only for hardware issues. Cost difference between turnkey and hybrid is typically ₹4,800-₹14,400/year on AMC. Your call.

(2) We had grown beyond the single-shop installer phase to a 18-tech pan-NCR firm with NOC + corporate clients; the older brand was earned but no longer reflected scale. Our 2018-2023 install records remain valid — your warranty card may say "Secure India Surveillance Solutions" + new Sentinel sticker affixed at the last AMC visit.
